Freight Broker - Charlotte, NC - $55,000 - $65,000 + Commission (up to 20%) + Annual Bonuses + Benefits
First Choice USA is actively working with a brokerage company who are looking to grow within the existing office in Charlotte.
This role is with an established truckload and drayage company who have offices spread across the USA.
The candidate will be hired to develop the East Coast, working alongside other brokers within the growing organisation.
Candidate's main responsibilities will include:
- Establishing relationships with a customer network of national based customers.
- Responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Work closely with the sales team.
- Utilize the brokerage systems to maximize profitability.
Candidates must have:
- At least 2+ years brokerage experience.
- Experience establishing and maintaining a customer base.
- An existing knowledge of the market within North Carolina.
