Senior Key Account Manager - $65,000 - $85,000 - New York

First Choice are currently recruiting for a Senior Key Account Manager for a well-known Freight forwarding company who are looking to expand their team in New York.

The company are well established with offices across the US as well as Europe, Asia and Latin America.

duties for this role will include:
- Maintaining customer network and growing existing accounts.
- Build and develop relationships with customers to ensure continued partnership
- Presenting monthly and quarterly performance figures to the board and sales team members.
- Responding to customers with a sense of urgency and provide excellent customer service
apply for this position you must have:
- 2+ years industry experience
- 1+ years managing A, B and C sized accounts.
- An extremely good attention to detail to ensure all documentation is recorded correctly.
- A great understanding of Imports/ Exports for either Trans-Atlantic or Trans-Pacific trade lanes.
